Delaware's craft beer story is essentially Dogfish Head Brewing in Milton. Founded in 1995 by Sam Calagione, Dogfish became known for 'extreme' and historical-recreation beers — Midas Touch (based on a 2,700-year-old residue), 60-Minute IPA, and a constant flow of experimental releases.
