What it tastes like

Wai-iti is a low-alpha aroma-only hop with peach, apricot, and citrus rind notes. Almost no bitterness — used purely for whirlpool and dry-hop additions where brewers want fruit aromatics without IBU. Common in low-ABV NZ-leaning pales.
